SYNOPSIS

We are in great times where we are seeing an upward trend with more women joining and thriving in cybersecurity, but the numbers are still far from ideal. Women are still under-represented in this evolving industry and we want to encourage more women to take a leap and succeed.

Join us in a lively panel discussion with our own women volunteers of (ISC)2 Singapore Chapter, who come from diverse backgrounds and have made a successful career in cybersecurity.

In this session, we look forward to decode their career journey, challenges, and how they overcame those to make their mark in the industry. The session would also be great for those who want to get started or are looking to transitioning into cybersecurity, as well those looking for tips on how to navigate the career ladder.

ABOUT THE PANELISTS


Neha Malhotra, ExCo at (ISC)2 Singapore Chapter

Neha has over 16 years of work experience and she has worked with global financial and consulting firms across multiple information security domains. She currently works as a Cybersecurity Operational risk manager at a global bank in Singapore.

Neha serves on the executive committee of (ISC)² Singapore chapter and Singapore Computer society (Cybersecurity chapter). She is a speaker, author, mentor and regularly volunteers her time to contribute to the cybersecurity ecosystem and Singapore community.

She holds CISSP, CCSP, CISM, PMP, PSM1, blockchain architecture and blockchain security certifications and has also received numerous accolades for her work.


Selina Goh, Regional Sales Director - ASEAN

Selina Goh is a sales professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry.

She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of her customers and partners. She volunteers as (ISC)2 SubCo serving the EXCO, facilitating events.


Sonali Shah, Vice President, CyberSecurity JP Morgan- APAC Region

Sonali is an experienced Cyber Security and Technology Risk professional with more than 15 years of international experience working in both Big 4 audit firms as an external auditor and Risk Lead for Global banks. She is specialized in the areas of Technology Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity, Regulatory Compliance and IT Audit.

She is currently working with a leading Global Bank managing Cyber Security Regulatory and Audit Engagement for APAC Region.
