Synopsis:
AI adoption in enterprises is accelerating, and deploying models like DeepSeek requires a well-structured approach to maximize effectiveness while managing risks. This session explores the end-to-end AI lifecycle, offering practical insights into deploying DeepSeek successfully in an enterprise environment.
Key points:
As Artificial Intelligence rapidly enters organizations, governance often lags behind adoption. ISO/IEC 42001 offers a clear, structured framework to help leaders move from uncertainty to confidence in managing AI responsibly.
This session will explore how ISO 42001 empowers organizations to:
- Establish strong foundations for AI governance and accountability
- Gain visibility into AI systems across their lifecycle
- Integrate risk awareness into decision-making
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure trustworthy and compliant AI use
Rather than focusing on technical implementation, the sharing session emphasizes leadership, governance structures, and strategic alignment. Participants will leave with practical insights into how ISO 42001 serves not just as a compliance standard, but as a strategic enabler of safe, scalable, and innovative AI adoption.
Key Takeaway: ISO 42001 helps organizations bridge the gap between rapid AI adoption and effective governance — enabling innovation with confidence.
