SYNOPSIS
Cybersecurity, Tech & Risk leaders often excel technically but are rarely trained in the skills that determine leadership impact: influence, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement.
This Accelerator for Leaders Masterclass is designed to help cybersecurity professionals strengthen their ability to engage executives, and business leaders with confidence and clarity.
Built on behavioural intelligence principles adapted from DISC for Cyber, Tech & Risk Leaders, this interactive session helps participants understand their leadership style, decode stakeholder behaviours, and adapt their communication to build trust and strategic alignment.
Participants will gain insight into how different stakeholders think, make decisions, and interpret risk. The workshop helps leaders recognise behavioural patterns, adapt their communication style to different personalities, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
