Securing Tomorrow's AI Transformation: A Change Management Imperative

Synopsis

AI is rapidly reshaping how organizations function, yet without effective change management, even the most cutting-edge technologies can falter. As we automate processes and migrate workloads to the cloud, the critical human and cultural dimensions of transformation are often overlooked. Concerns around fear of job loss, privacy implications, and skill gaps can hinder the full realization of AI's benefits. These

vital topics demand a skillful, people-first approach to ensure a responsible and successful AI transformation.

This event organized by Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Singapore Chapter and, brings together experts in Cloud Security, Change Management and AI to explore how organizations can adopt AI responsibly by putting people, process, and protection at the center.

We’ll examine how to:

● Prepare the organization for responsible AI-led transformations

● Put people back into the equation for digital adoption

● Drive engagement and readiness to embrace AI with confidence

This is a must-attend for professionals in any function who are interested and want to ensure AI success beyond just the technical layer.
